The Bieber/Gomez tenderness took place just hours after Selena jetted into town via LAX Airport, as she's been staying in St. Petersburg, Florida as of late to film her new movie "Spring Breakers" alongside Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Benson. While in the Sunshine State as her man officially saw in his 18th, Miss Gomez was sure to tweet her love with a message reading: "Happy birthday to my best friend in the world world!!! Have a great birthday baby!"
