Description

The Story: Things then settled down until there were barely more than two minutes left in the first half when Mauricie reduced the deficit to 20-12 thanks to a touchdown by Samuel Bellemare who recovered the ball in the North Shore end zone after Philippe Dion fumbled it on a punt return. The joy amongst the Mauricie supporters was short lived, however, because on the ensuing kickoff, Michael Sananes fielded the ball 12 yards deep in his own end zone and returned it 122 yards for a touchdown that seemed to take the wind out of the Mauricie team's sails.
